Refund Policy: 14 days No-Reason Returns
Chun Ping Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days after the date you receive your shoes. The 14 days period begins on the date of receipt. To qualify, you must contact Chun Ping Limited at [email protected] within 14 days and follow the return instructions provided. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Chun Ping Limited may reject a refund if the returned shoes do not meet these conditions. This policy is a no-reason refund policy, meaning you do not need to justify the return within the 14 days period, provided the shoes satisfy the condition requirements.
Refund Processing Time
After Chun Ping Limited receives and inspects the returned shoes, refund processing begins. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This means the time from approval to funds appearing in your account is at least 14 days. The total time may be longer depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Chun Ping Limited does not control external financial institutions and cannot shorten their processing timelines. You are responsible for providing accurate refund details. Chun Ping Limited is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, closed accounts, or provider requirements.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This extended period applies where regional legal or regulatory requirements mandate additional processing time. Chun Ping Limited will submit the refund to PayPal promptly after approval, but PayPal and its regional entities control the final posting time. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be sent to the same PayPal account used for the purchase. Do not close or restrict that PayPal account before the refund is completed. If the PayPal account is closed or restricted, you must contact PayPal and Chun Ping Limited to resolve the refund.
Damaged Goods
DAMAGED GOODS: any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Chun Ping Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide order details, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt may be denied. Chun Ping Limited will review timely claims and may require return of the item. If a claim is approved, Chun Ping Limited will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as determined by Chun Ping Limited. Shipping costs for approved damaged or defective claims are covered by Chun Ping Limited when required by applicable law. This 7 days claim period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
Chun Ping Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of leathershoesffv.com or purchase of shoes. The total liability of Chun Ping Limited for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Governing Law
The governing law is Hong Kong law. These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, leathershoesffv.com, or purchases from Chun Ping Limited is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
